Frank Mambuca - Co-Founder & Partner
With more than 35 years of experience in the IT and communications networks industry, Frank brings vast experience and knowledge as well as esteemed leadership to the M Consulting Group.
Before joining Level 3 in 1998, Frank was Vice President of Engineering and Operations for XCOM Technologies based in Boston, MA, where he managed the development and operations of managed modem networks and the development of cutting-edge soft-switch VoIP technology. In addition, Frank held several management positions in operations, engineering, and technical training for New York Telephone Company, NYNEX and Bell Atlantic in New York, NY, as well as across the Northeast US. These companies were predecessors to the company which is known today as Verizon.
Frank is also the President and Member of the Board of Directors of the Terracina in the Vineyards Homeowners' Association. He has held this position since 2004. In addition, Frank is a member of the Cable Committee for the Vineyards Master Homeowners' Association, which consists of over 2,600 units.
Since 2007, Frank has been an Owner and Board Member of Fiber Solutions, a national structured cabling and technology contractor headquartered in Fort Myers, FL.
Frank was the President of the Southwest Florida Division of Summit Broadband. In this role, Frank worked on communications solutions with many Southwest Florida communities and condominiums.
Prior to that, Frank was the founding President & CEO of US Metropolitan Telecom from its inception in 2006 until its sale to Summit Broadband in 2013.
US Metro, headquartered in Bonita Springs, has a Broadband Network built on a 100% fiber-optic cable system throughout SWFL. US Metro offers businesses in SWFL access to a high-quality, fully redundant, fiber-optic network for Dedicated Internet Access, Digital Voice, Metro Ethernet, Data Transport, and Colocation Services.
Frank received his bachelor's degree from Columbia University in New York in 1985 with a major in computer science and electrical engineering. He earned his master's degree from the Polytechnic School of Engineering at New York University in Brooklyn in 1997 with a major in Telecommunications.
Frank has lived full time in Southwest Florida since 2001.
Scott Tonarelli - Co-Founder & Partner
Scott has over 35 years of experience in building telecommunications networks, managing business operations, and providing leadership for telecommunications processes.
Prior to founding the M Consulting Group, Scott was the Customer Operations Director at KORE Technologies serving KORE's customers, network, and technical customer support staff.
Scott was the Operations Director for SWFL at Hotwire Communications where he managed the installations and maintenance of Hotwire's SWFL customer base. Managing Field maintenance technicians, installations technicians, and dispatch coordinators.
Scott was the Vice President of Business Operations, HR relations, and Materials Management for SWFL at Summit Broadband. Duties included contract negotiations, vendor management, and procurement of materials.
Scott was with US Metropolitan Telecommunications and served as Senior Vice President of Operations from 2007 until it was sold to Summit Broadband. In this role, Scott managed Field Services and the Network Operations Center personnel. Responsibilities included installations and maintenance of Business Customers, Business Disaster Recovery, Change Control, and Emergency Services.
Before joining US Metro and relocating to SWFL, Scott was with Level 3 Communications based out of Atlanta, GA as the Senior Vice President of Transport and Infrastructure Operations. Beginning in 1998 Scott held various Vice President positions within Level 3 Communications including, Service Delivery, Mergers & Acquisitions (representing Operations), Global Technology Operations, Field Operations North East, and Field Operations South East.
Scott holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronic Technology in 1986 from Penn Technical Institute, Pittsburgh, PA. As well as graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Capitol Technology University in 1999, Laurel, MD.
Scott has been a full time resident of Southwest Florida since 2007.
Nancy Christiana - Project Management Professional (PMP)
Nancy Christiana is the Project Management Professional (PMP) of the M Consulting Group. Nancy has over 27 years of experience in telecommunications project management, outside-plant cable network operations, dispatch center leadership, and telecommunications business plan development.
During Nancy’s career in the telecommunications sector, she has held Senior Management positions at NYNEX, Bell Atlantic, and Verizon, where she oversaw extensive teams responsible for the management of both commercial and residential networks. She was the lead project manager for the monumental conversion of the iconic Empire State Building in New York City, transitioning it from copper infrastructure to state-of-the-art fiber-optic facilities. Her expertise extends to a myriad of other large-scale projects, encompassing network installations, upgrades, and redundancy solutions for esteemed financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, and Goldman Sachs.
Nancy also spent over 15 years managing the project teams that handled all construction, installation, and maintenance of cable network facilities for residential customers in the greater NY area, including the residential fiber transformation with the Verizon FiOS system. Her commitment to excellence and her capacity to lead transformative projects have left an enduring mark on the telecommunications landscape.
Nancy earned a Bachelor of Education and Mathematics degree in 1992 and a Master of Education degree in 1993 from St. John’s University. She also is a Certified Project Management Professional, earning her Masters Certificate from George Washington University in 1996.
Nancy is a full-time resident of Southwest Florida.
