  • I am the President of a condominium association on Gulf Shore Boulevard. For many years, we have been in a bulk contract for Cable TV service from the incumbent local provider. Our bulk contract will be up for renewal in May 2019. The Board decided to explore alternative suppliers for bulk cable TV and internet service. We soon discovered that this was a much more complicated process than we thought and decided to hire the M Consulting Group to help us. We were somewhat time constrained because whoever we hired would have to begin work this summer to prepare for a potential changeover. We were looking for a potential double-play bulk with CATV and Internet services, and we wanted to explore the possibility of a new fiber-optic network infrastructure. M Consulting Group put together an RFP and sent it to the providers in our area. The RFP asked for important information that the Board would not have known to ask for. Thus far, the new provider has been very professional and has exceeded our expectations in terms of the quality of their work and their people.
